How we clean upholstery (step by step)
- Identify & test — fiber ID (synthetic vs natural), colorfast test to select the safest method.
- Pre-treat & gentle agitation — enzyme/soil lifter brushed into arms, headrests, seat fronts.
- Upholstery-safe cleaning — hot-water extraction with a low-moisture tool or dry/low-moisture method for delicate fibers.
- Neutralizing rinse — balances pH for a soft hand and even look.
- Towel, groom & speed-dry — we set nap and improve dry times.
- Post-inspection — you approve the finish before we’re done.
When fabric is white (or natural fiber)
We love the look too. We’ll spot-test, use controlled moisture, and watch dwell time closely. Some permanent dyes/paints may only lighten; we’ll be candid about that before we start.
