- Hot-water extraction — commercial extractor pulls soil and residues from deep in the pile.
- Neutralizing rinse — restores a soft feel; no sticky residue that re-attracts dirt.
- Groom & speed-dry — set pile, place air movers if needed.
- Final walk-through — we check results with you before we pack up.
Timing:
Most 3–4 room jobs take 1.5–2 hours. Light furniture moving included (sofas/end tables). We’ll never risk damage to heavy/fragile items.
FAQs (short & honest)
Will all stains come out?
Food/Drink: usually yes. Permanent dyes/paint/marker: often lighten but may not fully disappear without risking color loss. We’ll set expectations during the walkthrough.
How long to dry?
Typically 4–6 hours with good airflow; faster with ceiling fans/AC.
Do you move furniture?
Yes, small/medium items. We protect feet/pads; we won’t move fragile/oversized pieces.
