The Price We Quote Is the Price You Pay
You’ll know the price before we arrive. If the scope of work stays the same, so does the price — no surprise charges at the door.
No Upsells for the Cleaning You Actually Need
Our standard cleaning handles everyday stains, dirt, odors, pet hair, and debris. Pre-treatment, stain and odor treatment when needed, hot water extraction, and a final rinse are already included.
We don’t quote a low price and then charge extra for the treatments your furniture actually needs.
Honest About What Can — and Can’t — Be Removed
Most everyday stains and odors respond very well to our standard cleaning. Some substances — such as ink, glue, or oil-based paint — may not be safely removable without risking damage to the fabric.
If that’s the case, we’ll tell you honestly instead of selling you an expensive treatment we can’t guarantee.
14-Day Re-Clean Guarantee
If a watermark, stain, or another cleaning-related issue appears after your furniture dries, let us know within 14 days. We’ll come back and take care of it at no charge.
Free Odor Re-Treatment
Deep odor contamination — especially pet urine that has reached the cushion filling — can sometimes return after the furniture dries. If the first treatment doesn’t solve it, we’ll come back and treat it again at no additional charge.
A thorough clean, from start to finish
Every piece of furniture is different. Before cleaning, we look at the fabric, construction, condition, and problem areas so we can choose the right approach.
Assessment
We inspect the upholstery, identify problem areas, and determine the safest and most effective cleaning approach.
Fabric Test
When needed, we test the fabric and cleaning solution in an inconspicuous area before proceeding.
Vacuuming & Pet Hair Removal
We remove loose debris, dust, crumbs, and pet hair before wet cleaning begins.
Pre-Treatment
We apply the appropriate cleaning solution to loosen embedded soil, body oils, stains, and other contamination.
Stain & Odor Treatment
Problem areas receive additional attention when needed, using treatments appropriate for the fabric and type of contamination.
Hot Water Extraction
We thoroughly extract suspended soil, contaminants, and cleaning solution from the upholstery rather than simply cleaning the surface.
Final Rinse
We rinse and extract the fabric again to remove remaining cleaning residue and leave the upholstery as clean and residue-free as possible.
Grooming & Drying
We set the fabric or pile when appropriate, position cushions for better airflow, and give you clear drying instructions.
Final Walkthrough
Before we leave, we inspect the finished work with you and address anything that needs additional attention.
