I’m Denis, the owner of Double Deep Clean. Our family helps run the business, and I stay personally involved in each project. Your carpet cleaning may be performed by me or a member of our team, following the same Double Deep Clean standards from the quote to the final inspection.
Pricing
Carpet Cleaning Packages
Choose the package that matches your home. Standard cleaning, spot and stain treatment, pet urine and odor treatment, and a final pH-neutralizing rinse are included. We confirm your room sizes and the total price before booking. The price we quote is the price you pay.
What Counts as a Room?
One standard room includes up to 200 sq ft of carpet, including a small adjoining closet within that limit. A carpeted room or connected open-plan area from 201 to 400 sq ft counts as two rooms. Larger areas count as one room for each 200 sq ft, rounded up. We confirm oversized areas before booking.
Example: two bedrooms of 150 sq ft each and a 300 sq ft living room count as four standard rooms.
Hallways and Stairs
A hallway in a package includes up to 50 sq ft of carpet, including a small upstairs landing within that limit. A staircase in a package includes up to 15 carpeted steps. Larger hallways, additional landings and longer staircases are quoted before booking.
Additional Areas
These prices are additions to a cleaning visit, not standalone service prices. Minimum service call: $150. If a listed package gives you a lower price for the same scope, we use that package.
Preparing for Your Visit
Stain treatment and pet urine and odor treatment are included in every package. Heavy furniture moving is not included. Please clear small items and make the carpeted areas accessible before our visit; we can move light items such as chairs and small tables. Tell us about pet concerns or large stains when requesting your quote so we can plan the visit.

A Complete Clean, Including the Final Rinse

Why We Finish with a Neutralizing Rinse
Cleaning removes the soil; the final rinse removes remaining cleaning solution and neutralizes the carpet fibers. We treat this as part of the cleaning process, not an optional upgrade. It leaves the carpet without sticky detergent residue that can attract dirt again.
When a spot has been fully removed, it should not return because cleaning residue was left behind. Our final rinse addresses that residue. This is different from promising to remove every existing stain: permanent discoloration or contamination below the carpet may not be fully removable.

Choose an Available Appointment
We offer available appointment times and confirm the package. Before we arrive, clear small items and let us know if furniture needs to be moved.
Deep Clean and Neutralize
We inspect the carpet, pre-treat soil and spots, agitate where needed, and clean with hot-water extraction followed by a pH-neutralizing rinse.
Inspect and Let the Carpet Dry
We review the result with you and explain drying and aftercare. Airflow, humidity, carpet type and the amount of cleaning needed all affect drying time.

Honest Expectations
About Spots, Odors and Results
Everyday soil and most spots respond well to professional cleaning, and stain and pet odor treatment are included in every package. Bleach marks, dye loss, worn fibers and some old stains may remain because cleaning cannot reverse permanent damage. Pet urine that has soaked into the carpet backing or padding may not be fully removable by cleaning alone. Send photos and describe any odor concerns so we can set honest expectations before booking.
